DESCRIPTION
• The 90° bend with hinged inspection is a useful component for inspecting and cleaning sub-horizontal sections of a chimney system.
• Unlike bends with a capped inspection opening, it is suitable for use in limited-access areas, such as service shafts.
• A hook opening system makes inspection easy.
FEATURES
• Materials used: Stainless steel INOX 304 BA (EN 1.4301 – L20) and stainless steel INOX 316 BA (EN 1.4404 – L50)
• Thickness: 0.5 mm
• Socket: manufactured using an oil-hydraulic expansion system with die and counter-die.
• Welding: longitudinal TIG welding by fusion of adjacent edges.
• Accessories: triple-lip silicone gasket to ensure tight sealing between joints; locking clamp to ensure proper tightening and system continuity.
• Single-hook opening system and a hinge positioned diametrically opposite prevent the inspection door from falling.
APPLICATIONS
• Used for inspecting and cleaning sub-horizontal sections of a flue duct.
