Description
The twin wall air straight length 1000 mm is the key component for constructing vertical or horizontal sections of a chimney system in accordance with UNI EN 1856-1 requirements. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
Features
Inner wall: stainless steel 316L BA (EN 1.4404 – L50), 0.5 mm thick.
Outer wall: stainless steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 – L20), 0.5 mm thick, or copper 0.6 mm thick.
Insulation: air gap 25 mm.
Welding: TIG process for joining parts without filler material.
Belling: cold moulding with a hydraulic mould and counter-mould system ensuring calibrated joints with a tolerance of ± 2 mm.
Accessories: triple-lip silicone gasket to ensure joint sealing; locking band to secure the joint and ensure the continuity of the system.
Applications
Designed to convey and disperse flue gases and combustion products from natural gas, diesel, wood-burning or multi-fuel boilers, as well as for air supply and return ventilation ducts.
Operation: dry (D) or wet (W)
Pressures: positive (P1 = 200 Pa); negative (N1 = 40 Pa)
Operating temperature: ≤ 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa
