    DESCRIPTION
The coaxial pellet collector (80.CPM) is the intermediate vertical junction element between the smoke generator and the smoke duct.
It has the following main features:
    - a dynamic ventilation cavity that allows the passage of combustion air, recovered from the grille of article 90.CPF and, through the 60 sleeve, leads it into the combustion chamber
    - An internal channel, separate from the ventilation chamber with the function of expelling the fumes generated by the combustion processes.
The double female-male glass guarantees the seal following the connection.

    FEATURES
    • It is a vertical manifold that is installed on the 90° "T" fitting code "F" positioned at the stove's smoke outlet and represents the start of the smoke channel or duct (according to the UNI EN 1856-2 regulation) that is created with DPA elements up to the 90° "T" fitting DP coaxial tail DPA "MF" (Art. 90.CMP). It is a vertical exchanger and is composed of two separate parts that are complementary to each other:
    - The COLLECTOR, internal, made of 316 BA stainless steel (EN 1.4404 - L50) thickness 0.5 mm, which has the function of conveying the fumes deriving from the combustion of the stove into the chimney system, through the channel or duct.
    - The VENTILATION CAVITY, separated from the collector and protected by an external casing made of 304 BA stainless steel (EN 1.4301 - L20) thickness 0.5 mm, has the function of circulating the air taken from the grille of the art. 90.CPM and conducting it through a sleeve into the combustion chamber of the stove.
    • This fitting, combined with the article (90.CPM - 90° DP coaxial tail "T" fitting DPA "MF") forms a KIT that finds application in the management of smoke exhausts and the air intake necessary for the combustion processes of PELLET or WOOD appliances.

    APPLICATIONS
    • Conveyance and disposal of products deriving from combustion processes of PELLET or WOOD stoves, at the service of Fireplace Systems compliant with UNI EN 1856-1.
    • For the designation of the Chimney System according to the UNI EN 1856-1 Standard, the following is permitted:

    Operation:
    - dry (D)
    - wet (W)

    Pressures:
    - Positive (P1 = 200 Pa)
    - Negative (N1 = 40 Pa).

    Operating Temperatures:
    - ≤ 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa
    - ≤ 600 °C without silicone gasket and N1 = 40 Pa

    INSTALLATIONS
    • The “COAXIAL KIT 90.EB” belongs to the range expansion of products made by Zinco Group. It is used in the processes of expulsion of exhaust fumes and introduction of combustion air in pellet stoves, in particular in those situations in which the connection with the chimney system cannot be positioned in the immediate vicinity of the generator, but must be located high up. As standard, it is made in the following diameter combinations: 80x130 and 100x150, both with a 60 mm single-wall return sleeve. Materials and processes compliant with Current Regulations are used for its production.
    • The KIT is composed of two elements that can be assembled and are complementary:
    1. 90° “T” fitting with air intake grille
    - internal channel: AISI 316 BA thickness mm 0.5 (EN 1.4404 L50050)
    - external duct: AISI 304 BA thickness mm 0.5 (EN 1.4404 L20050)
    2. linear element with intake sleeve
    - internal channel: AISI 316 BA thickness mm 0.5 (EN 1.4404 L50050)
    - external duct: AISI 304 BA thickness mm 0.5 (EN 1.4404 L20050)
    • The first component of the kit is a double-wall 90° T-fitting, with a body insulated with mineral wool (thickness 25 mm, density 90 kg/m3) and a tailpiece, with a ventilation cavity 25 mm thick, isolated from the body, which, thanks to a lower multi-perforated grille, allows the entry of the air (combustive) necessary for combustion. The second component, on the other hand, is a double-wall linear element, characterised by an internal channel, which allows the expulsion of the exhaust products generated by the combustion processes and by a ventilation cavity (thickness 25 mm), which allows the passage of the air taken from the grille and conducted, by means of the 60 mm diameter intake sleeve, to the generator for combustion.
