DESCRIPTION
The 250 mm double-wall Linear Module represents the fundamental component for the structuring of the vertical or sub-horizontal sections of a Chimney System, according to UNI EN 1856-1.
FEATURES
• Internal Wall: Stainless Steel 316 BA (EN 1.4404 - L50) thickness mm 0.5.
• External Wall: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) thickness mm 0.5 or Copper thickness mm 0.6.
• Insulation: Rock wool cups, thickness 25 mm, density 90 kg/m3.
• Welding: with TIG process, by fusion of adjacent edges without adding material.
• Accessories: triple-lip silicone gasket, to guarantee the seal between the joints; locking band, to guarantee tightening and continuity of the system.
APPLICATIONS
Conveyance and disposal of products deriving from combustion processes of methane gas-fired boilers, serving Chimney Systems compliant with UNI EN 1856-1; conveyance and disposal of fumes, generated by combustion processes of diesel, wood or multi-fuel powered devices, serving Smoke Ducts; ventilation in air intake and delivery systems, serving Ventilation Ducts.
For the designation of the Chimney System according to the UNI EN 1856-1 Standard, the following is permitted:
Operation:
- dry (D)
- wet (W)
Pressures:
- Positive (P1 = 200 Pa)
- Negative (N1 = 40 Pa).
Operating Temperatures:
- ≤ 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa
