Description
The twin wall 90° tee with rear inspection cap is an ideal accessory for cleaning and inspecting the initial section of a chimney system.
As standard, it is equipped with a cap with a spring instead of a gasket, resistant to temperatures exceeding 200 °C.
Features
Inner wall: stainless steel 316 BA (EN 1.4404 – L50), 0.5 mm thick.
Outer wall: stainless steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 – L20), 0.5 mm thick, or copper 0.6 mm thick.
Insulation: rock wool shells, 25 mm thick, density 90 kg/m³.
Welding: TIG process, joining parts without filler material.
Belling: cold moulding with a hydraulic mould and counter-mould system ensuring calibrated joints with a tolerance of ± 2 mm.
Accessories: triple-lip silicone gasket to ensure joint sealing; locking band to secure the joint and ensure system continuity.
Applications
Thanks to the HT cap, resistant to high temperatures, it allows cleaning and inspection of the initial section of the chimney system intended for the discharge of combustion products from solid-fuel heat generators.
Operation: dry (D) or wet (W)
Pressures: positive (P1 = 200 Pa); negative (N1 = 40 Pa)
Operating temperature: max 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa; max 600 °C without gasket and N1 = 40 Pa
