DESCRIPTION
• The double-walled Intermediate Plate is the static support element of a Chimney System, in compliance with the UNI EN 1856-1 regulation or of a Smoke Channel.
• It can have a basal or intermediate start, in any case it must always be combined with a pair of support angles.
FEATURES
• Insulation: Rock wool cups, thickness 25 mm, density 90 kg/m3.
• Plate: Stainless steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) or Copper, thickness 2.0 mm.
• Nuts and bolts, for possible coupling with the angles, are not supplied as standard.
APPLICATIONS
Intermediate static support, of Chimney Systems or Smoke Ducts, intended for the conveyance and discharge into the free atmosphere of the products deriving from combustion processes (Smoke) of methane gas, diesel, wood and multi-fuel.
For the designation of the Chimney System according to the UNI EN 1856-1 Standard, the following is permitted:
Operation:
- dry (D)
- wet (W)
Pressures:
- Positive (P1 = 200 Pa)
- Negative (N1 = 40 Pa).
Operating Temperatures:
- ≤ 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa
- ≤ 600 °C without silicone gasket and N1 = 40 Pa
