DESCRIPTION
The Joint Cover Clamps are the accessories needed to tighten each inter-cup joint and create the continuity of a Chimney System or a Flue Pipe, with a double wall. In combination with the triple-lip silicone gasket, they guarantee the tightness of the system, as required by the UNI EN 1856-1 standard.
CHARACTERISTICS
• Materials Used: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) or Copper.
• Hardware needed for tightening, supplied.
APPLICATIONS
Tightening element of each inter-cup joint.
For the designation of the Chimney System according to the UNI EN 1856-1 standard, the following is permitted:
Operation:
- dry (D)
- wet (W)
Pressures:
- Positive (P1 = 200 Pa)
- Negative (N1 = 40 Pa).
Operating Temperatures:
- ≤ 200 °C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 Pa
- ≤ 600 °C without silicone gasket and N1 = 40 Pa
