The oven is equipped with a fat pan, four grates, a thermometer and an instruction manual.
The smoke furnace consists of two chambers. In the lower part of the oven there is a hearth where wood is burned, and in the upper part there is a meat chamber. In a double-wall stove, the smoke produced by burning wood moves through the double walls and exits the chimney. When using such a stove, it is important to burn firewood suitable for smoking. The smoke does not come into contact with the meat. This is the so-called hot smoke furnace. In the upper chamber, smoke is created with shavings, sawdust or the like.
