Heating system piping kit BIO 55 MIX W-PWM 1F TRS6
• Insulated Load Unit with a controller, actuated 3-way mixing valve (Kvs = 6.3 m³/h), 2 pumps, TSV3B 55 °C load valve, ball valves, drain valves, a safety valve and thermometers.
• The Unit is intended for heating systems with a solid fuel boiler and a thermal store, permitting DHW heating. Heating system water is mixed in a 3-way mixing valve with an electric actuator, while the return water temperature to the boiler is maintained at a minimum of 55°C by a load valve. Boiler heat surplus is stored in a thermal store and automatically used later after the boiler goes out.
• Includes complete hydraulic and electrical connections for the installation of a heating system with a solid fuel boiler. The load unit features a complete electrical installation and is equipped with a power cord and plug.
• All that is required is to connect the boiler, the heating system, and the thermal store or stores (depending on the selected hydraulic variant), install the sensors, and plug the load unit into a wall socket.
• Then, using the setup wizard, select the appropriate hydraulic variant in the controller and set the remaining required parameters.
• The basic connection diagram can be expanded with optional accessories.
