Pellets are a high-efficiency fuel that is produced as a result of a special technological process of milling, drying and pressing of various biological materials. Wood from wood residues, firewood, sawdust and other wood residues (wood pellets), wheat straw, soybeans, corn and sunflower husks (Agro pellets) can be used as raw material. Nowadays, with the emphasis on environmental protection and renewable development, fuel products made from biomass are becoming increasingly important.
Pelling is a simple pellet boiler designed for heating family houses and apartment houses. Due to the possibility to work with 5 (five) different capacities, the control can satisfy the need to increase or decrease the heating by automatically adjusting the capacity. When the desired temperature is reached (heating energy demand is met), the control unit reduces the power (modulates) or when the room thermostat signals that the set temperature has been reached, the boiler then switches to off mode or maintains a minimum flame.
Combustion is supported by a suction fan, and as a result the ash is blown into a collector pan located just below the furnace.
The boiler is designed with tubular heat exchangers with turbulators, which provides greater efficiency compared to conventional boilers. Pipe heat exchangers increase the heat transfer area, allowing greater heat transfer to the water, while turbulators reduce the flow and temperature of the exhaust gases, reducing energy and pellet consumption.
