It is possible to return goods within 14 days after shopping on our website amativeikals.lv.

The consumer shall return the goods to the seller or hand them over to the seller no later than 14 days after sending the return form or notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The time limit is met if the goods are returned before the expiry of the 14-day period. 

The returned goods must be in their original undamaged packaging, must not be physically or visually damaged and must contain the complete set of goods as they were at the time of sale. The goods must show no signs of wear and tear.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify by filling in the return form and sending it to Ezera iela 30, Balvi or by e-mail to amativeikals@amati.lv.

The Seller shall reimburse the amount paid by the consumer no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the information on the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

If the 14 days are exceeded, the consumer shall be refunded the amount paid minus 20%.

 The return costs are borne by the Buyer (When returning the goods, the consumer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transport)
